The motto of Wikipedia and Wikimedia and other free culture movements is to be "free, libre and open".
The method of education in general is changing: there will be an unclear group of persons which are educating each others, every persons knowledge is available, all are the 'same' (there won't be the usual system having the order of someone just teaching and someone just studying), there will be no control. It is in question how big the impact on educational resources of such free culture movements could be. It depends for example how well the participants manage their produced amount of knowledge (in spite of "no control"; it is a fact that decisions have always different outcomes)
Development of such movements could be: Either everyone forges his own destiny (working selfless and winning knowledge at the same time) and there'll be an increasing 'online state' or the unclear group of users looses their enthusiasm because they spend all their free time in free culture and working out qualitative articles for free. Further the people could begin to be frustrated because of the longsome, strenous process of always editing, discussing, deleting and improving. Moreover the overview about "right" articles could become more complicated and laborious because there surely will be more and more people who try to have an impact on free culture movements for their own benefit (- maybe there should be founded a Wikionice (office)..).
